Marketing Strategies for
Sustainability & Growth in the World of Constant Disruptions
Virtually no activity, product or service will perform effectively over a
long period of time without modification and redesign. Eventually, many of them
will become obsolete.
So how do you stay ahead and lead in this world of
constant disruptions? By factoring into your present decision "The future that
has already happened" advises business guru Peter Drucker. To do that, business
owners need to know what events and changes have already occurred that do not
fit into their present day assumptions, thereby creating new realities.
This
interactive workshop will focus on factors that are changing your business, how
to see what is not yet visible, and how to develop your marketing strategies for
growth and sustainability into the future.

Time?
Stepping back from your business and taking a big picture look can be very
rewarding. The current economic environment offers the opportunity to look at
the challenges of today as well as the opportunities of tomorrow. A SWOT
(Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats) analysis can be extremely
helpful in team and morale building but also in setting direction for the
future.
